Cancellation and Refund Policy
Transfers:
You may transfer your booking to another person for a 21$ administrative fee, up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. The replacement person must meet any program prerequisites and read & agree to the waiver.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies:
More than 21 days notice: Refund minus a 21$ administrative fee
14-21 days notice: 50% refund
Less than 14 days: no refund
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or our contact form.
If Cambium Climbing Guides cancels your booking you will be offered to transfer to new dates, or receive a full refund.
Cambium Climbing Guides reserves the right to cancel programs for any reason.
Trip Cancellation Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. It can be found at https://tugo.partnerlinks.io/Climb
Weather
Weather conditions can be unpredictable and outside of our control. Cambium Climbing Guides reserves the right to cancel and/or change objectives or locations due to weather.
A go or no go decision about weather will be made 24 hours in advance of your booked program. Cambium Climbing Guides may cancel programs in the event of adverse weather.
Squamish offers many areas that dry fast after the rain. These are excellent for single pitch climbing days and instructional programs.
Waiver
Terms of Contract – Waiver Requirement
IMPORTANT – WAIVER REQUIRED:
A Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement ("Waiver") must be completed by each participant (or parent or legal guardian for a minor participant) before participation in all Cambium Climbing Guides programs. This is a condition of all bookings.
● If the Waiver is not completed, participation in the activity or program will not be permitted.
● If you are booking for other participants, it is your obligation to inform them of this Waiver requirement and to provide them with a copy of the Waiver or a link to it below.
● Each adult participant must complete their own Waiver.
● A parent or legal guardian must complete the Waiver for their minor participant.
● Participants added or substituted after the original booking are subject to this Waiver Requirement - if such individuals do not complete the Waiver, they will not be permitted to participate.
● The Waiver applies to all activities you participate in for a period of two years after you sign it – including all activities booked, scheduled and rescheduled both before and after you sign it.
